Responsibilities

Work from home as a customer service representative

Managing tickets at CRM platform

Guide our customers and support them through their journey with us

Monitoring network activity for abnormalities

Consulting/assisting colleagues from other departments (e.g. sales, operation)

Working together with other team members in order to improve customer Service procedures

Assisting with other tasks provided by other team members

Requirements

  • Fluent English, excellent customer-facing and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support field
  • Have experience using helpdesk software
  • Have experience in iot or telecommunications industries
  • Have experience in creating user guides or tutorial videos
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision
  • Basic skills with picture/video editing software
  • Good Microsoft excel skills
  • Experience with Zendesk – advantage
  • Experience with Kibana – advantage
  • Creating/using API or scripts – advantage
