The Role


As a critical member of the team, your work will be cutting-edge technologies and will play a high-impact role in shaping the future of connectivity as a service. With Monogoto, you will get to have fun, learn new things, and grow along with us. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs, explain the use and value of Monogoto services (through conversations, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, etc.). You will collaborate with all departments to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and requests. This is both an internal and external customer-facing position which requires excellent communication skills. You must also have the ability to understand complex, technical concepts, and explain them in a way that clients can understand and be excited about.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivering polished, in-depth product demos to prospects
  • Leading product evaluations, demonstrating attainment of success criteria for prospects
  • Working cross functionally, with engineering to influence product roadmap, features, and reporting bugs
  • Use deep product knowledge, and general tech understanding, to be consultative and devise solutions to customer problems


Qualifications:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or other technical/sales customer-facing roles
  • A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role
  • Understanding of IoT and/or Telecommunications industries 
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision
  • Eager to learn, try new things, and take calculated risks
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients
