ICCID stands for Integrated Circuit Card ID, which is a globally unique identifier of a SIM card and its profile. ICCIDs are stored inside the SIM cards and are also engraved or printed on the SIM card body. The fastest way to view a specific SIM card status is to insert its ICCID number in the search bar of the monogoto management portal.
You can see a list of your monogoto SIM cards by clicking on Things from the sidebar menu. To find a specific SIM card, insert its ICCID number in the search bar.

Yes, you can add additional users and even change existing users permissions in your monogoto account.

To check out available APNs for your device usage, please do the following:
- Login into monogoto portal
- Go to Network
- Check what available Networks you have assigned to your monogoto account
- Look for APN that has an Apply Settings button in Settings Status column
- We advise you to use that APN in your device configuration. In our example the APN we should use is data.mono
Yes, you can create a report that would show all or only selected SIM cards usage.

Purging from the network usually happens due to inactivity or device being disabled/stop working for a few days. In order for your device to start working again, you will need to restart your device. For mobile phones a flight mode on/off should be enough for SIM to start working again.
Yes, you can change the state of your SIM cards in the monogoto management portal.
