Monogoto Unplugged: Efrat Nahman, Personal Assistant to CEO & Office Manager

At Monogoto, there are people building the network, and people quietly making sure everything around it works.

Meet Efrat Nahman, Monogoto’s Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager. If Mongoto had a control center calling the shots behind the scenes, Efrat would probably be running it. From keeping operations moving and supporting employees to coordinating the chaos that comes with scaling a global company, she’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly.

In this edition of Monogoto Unplugged, we sat down with Efrat to talk about life behind the scenes.

Q: What’s your role at Monogoto, and how would you explain what you do to someone outside the tech world?
Officially, I’m the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Monogoto’s Office Manager. Unofficially, I do a bit of everything.

I wear a lot of hats behind the scenes, helping connect people, teams, and processes across the company. One moment, I’m coordinating travel for the leadership team, the next I’m sitting in on a candidate interview, helping sort out a benefits question, or planning our presence at an upcoming conference.

To someone outside tech, I’d describe it as helping the company stay organized, connected, and moving forward, while quietly supporting the people who make it all happen.

Q: What’s one fun fact about you that might surprise your teammates?
I’m a bit of a workaholic… but if you offer me good wine and great meat, I’ll happily drop everything for the evening.

Q: What’s one skill you’ve developed since joining Monogoto?
I’ve definitely developed the ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. Working in a fast-growing tech environment teaches you to think fast, stay flexible, and solve problems on the fly.

Q: What are three words your teammates would use to describe you? And why?

Reliable – people know they can count on me, especially when things get busy or challenging.
Positive – I believe good energy and collaboration make everything work better.
Caring – because I genuinely care about the people around me and always try to make their work experience better.

Q: In your free time, what can you be found doing?
Honestly, I’m not sure I know what ‘free time’ means. Between work, my son’s soccer practices and matches, carpools, kids’ friends, and endless errands, life stays pretty full.

But when I do manage to steal a quiet moment, you’ll probably find me at the nearest wine bar with my soulmate.

Q: Most-used app on your phone?
Probably WhatsApp… with Spotify and Waze fighting for second place.
