Monogoto’s IoT cellular cloud network enables innovation and flexibility for services that drive a more connected world. Our rapidly expanding 5G IoT connectivity service provides seamless, accessible and cost-effective device connectivity that scales developers’ requirements.
Today Monogoto connects millions of devices in over 160 countries and 500 networks across multiple verticals such as from point of sale, manufacturing, healthcare, fleet management, micromobility, retail and so much more.
Monogoto was founded in 2018 by a team of highly experienced telecommunications, cellular and security experts. Backed by a group of well-known and highly engaged investors and strategic partners, its growing, dynamic and diverse team operates globally from Tel Aviv, and Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the company’s leadership team and take part in building the company’s future.
- Define R&D strategy and methodologies and optimize work processes to increase efficiency.
- Build and lead Monogoto’s R&D dream teams.
- Take part in defining the product’s road map and lifecycle and be responsible for the development’s execution.
- You’ll be the owner of the features the team develops, while collaborating with the product team from planning and wireframes processes to production
- You’ll be a part of a successful startup technology team that translates our vision into a solid product.
Requirements
- 5+ years Experience in managing R&D teams and the ability to lead complicated tech projects from start to end.
- Understanding of modern frontend (React / Vue) and backend development (Django / Node / Laravel / Spring etc.).
- Experience in designing scalable and robust solutions.
- Experience in CI/CD processes, distributed systems programming and AWS skills – big advantage.
- Team player with a passion to work in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Loves technology, and never stops exploring and learning new stuff.
- Excellent English
- Presentation skills
- Experience in IoT / Cellular networks – advantage
- Experience in field roles – a big advantage
- Prior experience working in a small startup that grew from 20 to 100+ environment – Must
- Experience working with upper management/founders
- Experience working with other sites around the world
- Experience in developer / API based platform – Must
